Terms and Conditions

Seven Streams Ventures, LLC (“we”, “us”, “the company”) sells and delivers vehicles. Our sales representatives, delivery drivers and office staff act for us only within the authority described in these terms.

An order you place in the customer portal is a request, not a contract. It becomes binding only when we verify it and issue an order confirmation with a quoted total.

Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira and hold only until the expiry date shown on the quote. Vehicle availability, colour and specification are subject to stock at the time of confirmation. You may edit or withdraw an order at any time before we verify it.

Pay only into a company bank account published in the customer portal. Those accounts are shown on your dashboard and on every payment screen.

We never accept payment in cash, by gift card, by cryptocurrency, or into the personal account of any sales representative, driver, agent or member of staff. Money paid to an individual is not a payment to the company. It will not be credited to your order, it will be rejected, and we cannot recover it for you.

Every transfer must come with its bank reference, and you must submit the proof of payment in the portal so our finance team can match it. A payment counts only once it has been verified against our bank statement, not when you submit the claim.

A vehicle is reserved for you only after the required deposit for that vehicle has been verified. The deposit level is shown on your order. The balance must be verified in full before delivery or collection.

Nigerian law requires us to confirm who we are selling to. We may ask for identification, proof of address and, for companies, incorporation and ownership documents. We may pause an order until those checks are complete.

Delivery dates are estimates in good faith and may move for reasons outside our control, including shipping, clearing and traffic. If you collect the vehicle yourself, the person collecting must present valid identification, and a written authorisation if they are collecting on your behalf.

Risk in the vehicle passes to you on delivery or collection.

You may request a cancellation in the portal. We will show you any cancellation fee before you confirm. Costs we have already committed on your behalf — clearing, logistics, registration, bank charges — may be deducted from a refund. Refunds are paid only to the bank account the original payment came from.

New vehicles carry the manufacturer’s warranty. We are not the manufacturer and we do not extend that warranty. Used vehicles are sold on the terms written on your order.

Keep your portal password private. You are responsible for what is done through your account, and for the access you grant to colleagues on a company account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you have paid us for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them; the version in force is the one published on this page on the day you place your order.
